Mi nombre es Ariam, tengo 18 años. Soy una cantante venezolana/española y vivo en Madrid. Aspiro a aprender producción musical para poder crear mi propia música como artista independiente.

En enero de 2020 publiqué mi primer single Get To Know me, canción de mi autoría, producida por el madrileño 683 Baby. Un tema con una fusión trap y urban pop.

He colaborado, como escritora e intérprete con el artista de R&B californiano, RBNZ, en temas como Look at me, Space o Colors. Esta última canción combina estrofas en español e inglés.

La dirección que quiero que tome mi carrera musical es hacia el R&B alternativo, ya que mis recuerdos musicales están marcados principalmente por artistas de música afroamericana como Lauryn Hill, Brandy, Stevie Wonder, Aaliyah, Nina Simone o Alicia Keys. Además, admiro a otros artistas que siguen cultivando el R&B como H.E.R., Jhené Aiko, Kiana Ledé, Victora Monét, Snoh Aalegra, Giveon, Lucky Daye, PJ Morton, Jazmine Sullivan, JoJo o la cantante española DEVA.

Como venezolana, también tengo mucha influencia de la música latinoamericana, desde artistas como Natalia Lafourcade, Juan Luis Guerra, Rubén Blades, Jorge Luis Chacín, Carlos Vives, C4 Trío o Calle 13 hasta música popular tradicional venezolana como la gaita zuliana o la tonada llanera.

Desde 2019 realizo pequeñas versiones en mi cuenta de Instragram @ariam.music, normalmente acompañada de mi guitarra o ukelele.

Actualmente estoy trabajando en varias canciones de mi autoría con las que quiero publicar mi primer EP en 2022.

I have collaborated, as a writer and singer with the Californian R&B artist, RBNZ, on songs like Look at me, Space or Colors. This last song combines verses in Spanish and English.

The direction I want my musical career to take is towards alternative R&B, since my musical memories are mainly marked by african-american music artists such as Lauryn Hill, Brandy, Stevie Wonder, Aaliyah, Nina Simone or Alicia Keys. In addition, I admire other artists who continue to cultivate R&B such as H.E.R., Jhené Aiko, Kiana Ledé, Victora Monét, Snoh ​​Aalegra, Giveon, Lucky Daye, PJ Morton, Jazmine Sullivan, JoJo or the Spanish singer DEVA.
