I have been working with women of multiple cultural background and contexts for the past 30 years in the Institute of Cultural Affairs, a global network of NGOs. My aim is to explore and to define together ways in which we can live  nurturing our passion in life, learning to take high risks and to tap up their potential to excel life skills for them and for the people they care about.  As a leader facilitator, I have trained and learned from lots of women in participatory methodology,  through which we are transforming daily contexts in which women become  key decision-makers of their own future within local, regional, national and international communities.
